- A non-refundable deposit of €1,000 is required to secure your date.
- Your date or suppliers will not be confirmed until €1,000 has been received.
- 50% of the total cost is to be paid, 3 months prior to the date of the event and the
- final payment along with final numbers is due 10 days before the date of your event.
- Payment of account must be settled with Bank Transfer, Bankers Draft, Credit or
- Debit Card. All VAT increases or decreases will be passed on directly to the customer.
- It is essential that all entertainment arrangements have approval of the Hotel Management
- Prior to date of your event. All entertainment must provide their own equipment and accept responsibility for same.
- The bar closing times are ________ & music finishing time is ________.
- Only food and beverages provided by the Hotel may be consumed on the premises unless by prior arrangement. The Greville Arms Hotel reserves the right to cancel or refund deposits.
- Prospective clients must always meet with Hotel Management prior to acceptance of the first deposit. The Hotel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any item brought on to the property by clients, guests or persons authorized by the clients.
